Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged (see below for details on handling damaged items).
Damaged Products:
For products that arrive with significant damage, we request that customers record a video while opening the courier package. This video documentation will help us verify the product’s condition upon arrival.
If substantial damages are found during unboxing, please share this video with our support team. Based on our assessment, we will determine if a replacement or return is appropriate.
Note that returns or replacements will only be accepted if the damage is substantial and clearly documented upon the initial opening of the package.
Refund Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
