Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged (see below for details on handling damaged items).
Damaged Products:
- For products that arrive with significant damage, we request that customers record a video while opening the courier package. This video documentation will help us verify the product’s condition upon arrival.
- If substantial damages are found during unboxing, please share this video with our support team. Based on our assessment, we will determine if a replacement or return is appropriate.
- Note that returns or replacements will only be accepted if the damage is substantial and clearly documented upon the initial opening of the package.
Refund Process:
- Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
